How do I return or exchange an item?Email us your request to our email Selexiongroup@gmail.com with your order number and why you’d like to return it. You can also give us a call for your request at (510)629-4377. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I create an account?To make it easier for you, we recommend that you make an account using your email address as your username. Make sure your password is at least 6 characters long. You can access and view everything about your account on the home page at the top right.

What is the shipping policy?Shipping is calculated based on weight and how much you buy. If you do not fall under the free freight cost, we will get back to you asap for the additional charge. Our team works on getting you the best prices! We work with many shipping companies if you need your items shipped on a pallet. We choose the more affordable shipping company for you based on where you're located. If you do not need your items shipped on a pallet, we do offer shipping through UPS! We will keep in touch with you as soon as we can to inform you about the additional shipping cost. We do apologize for the inconvenience. How can I view my order status?Selexion Group Inc makes it easier to keep track of your account. Sign into “MY ACCOUNT” and click “MY ORDERS” Once you click “MY ORDERS” you will be able to view all your orders and the current status of them.

How can I place an order?When viewing an item, select the quantity and if given the size and then click “ADD TO CART”. Once you are done, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button and as you checkout you may sign in to your account or to create an account. Next, enter any discount code given on our discount page to use to discount page! Lastly, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A conformation email will be sent to the email address you provided containing the contents of your order.
